Don't think we've been linked. Also think he'd be another Pogba for United and that he wouldn't work if we played a midfield 2.
I've watched Valencia alot since he went there. He's got all the skills but still not either quite demanding, assertive or respected enough there. Needs another season on loan where he can be the main man, the focus of the offense, and be needed to take as many shots as possible. It's a cliche at this point but Norwich would be ideal, as would any other attacking champo level side.

Would be the one wing-back signing that'd be a guaranteed difference maker. Doubt it's possible though, apparently he's very good friends with Mbappe and his staying makes his position at PSG more secure.
