Something a bit tragic about Alli's decline. Only 26 and being binned off by Everton to play in Turkey. 15/16 and 16/17 inparticular he looked like a potential world beater. A world cup semi and champions league final all by 23 and washed up 3 years later.

I don’t think it was a bad move. Just that trying to get the appearance based fee was a bit optimistic. Would have been nice to compromise with Everton and just get 5m and be done with it so they don’t have to ship him out.
Finally he can reunite with N'Koudou and Gedson Fernandes after all these years
I look at Everton's squad and I really don't see how they aren't favorites for relegation. Especially with DCL currently injured and potentially selling Gordon, their forward group is comical.

I somehow doubt Levy didn’t put a sell on clause or other clause in in case of this. Would be very un Levy like not to.

I listened to a pod with a Swedish agent this weekend. There are 3 ways for an agent to make money. 1 to get percentage from a client/player, 2 to get a fee from a buying club to find a player, 3 to get a fee from a selling club for helping to sell a player. Sometimes 1, 2 and 3 for one deal. I guess he's helping Wolves with 2 and 3, plus he's representing a few of Wolves players.
Edit. And yes, it seems like there is very few rules about what an agent can and can't do.
