I mean in theory I dont really see an issue with the club mentioning previous targets to de zerbi along with new ones and him giving his opinion. Obviously i dont trust this club right now to get much right recruitment wise. Espescially with Lange still here, but in theory i really dont see all that wrong with previous targets being approved by de zerbi for this summer.

Pep kills flair players. Savinho needs to play under manager where wingers are given space & where they will get their 1v1 chances.
Under DeZerbi I can see him flourishing like Mitouma did at Brighton

In theory - I agree - on the proviso RDZ really does agree, rather than 'accept'
Though I really do think this summer NEEDS to be a different one. We need to see a real change in how things are operating.
Simply more of the same, predictable, seen it before stuff - just wont be acceptable
We need to see a major turnover of the squad (long over due)
We probably need to sell more than we buy
But buy really well
And we need to see RDZ smiling throughout, no compromises, not seeds of discontent
So when we see "These are players we've been trying to get for a year, and guess what we're getting them for the new manager..." - its not a good look
And I say that while thinking Robertson and Sensei could be astute buys
But the "optics" of it all is so important right now

You dont tell people to wise up and can't sell 2, bring in 2 for the same position,... After the person has said it's unrealistic to sell 20+ players in season and it's going to take time...

I hate Lange absolutely hate his attitude in Jan - but if we go sign Savinho after trying him last season, he will atleast have my respect that there is some conviction in him.

I’ve got no issue with the club building the squad and recruiting a manager to coach the squad they’ve built.
I’ve got every fucking issue imaginable with Lange and Vinai building the squad!!
And it’s pretty fucking obvious from these links that it’s still Lange’s transfer list they are still working on. Fucking club never learns

It's what happens when people, don't read or understand English, then make comments about things that were never said or implied.
Lets say there is a Brazilian Winger in his first PL season scored 2 goals & assisted 12 over 2500 minutes . Will you say he had a bad season or great season?
Savinho has these numbers , only its across 2 PL seasons…
Btw, last time Sancho had a season with 10 assists in 1 season was 5 yrs ago in Bundesliga. So Savinho isnt anywhere near Sancho comparison
Is he? Sancho seems to be a poor professional, who has let his career drift. Never heard anything like that about Savinho. Pep’s always been complimentary about him.
The main thing is he rarely gets to play his preferred position of LW because of Doku’s primacy. His output needs to improve but there’s no doubt he is a superb dribbler.
Not only Savinho but Senesi and Robertson are two names we have been linked with pre De Zerbi.
I don't really expect De Zerbi to have full reigns but it's all a bit samey samey to me so far.

Hes better than Savinho but is he’s been bang average every time I’ve watched him. Meant to have a shit attitude as well…maybe De Zerbi could get the best out of him? If he could, Leao’s best is world class
