That's not what they told me.... And they're ITK afterall.

I do as well but it is slughtly odd that VDV price is touted at around that figure (probably a little less) yet we can't seem to get that one done.
It's like we are reluctant to spend big (well bigish) on a centre back.
I was hoping we already have 2 decent ones incoming, I cant say much more until its announced ofically but people will be pleasantly surprised!
I thought we were always told to keep Politics out of Football........I guess Sanchez is stupid enough to go to Russia. I just hope the club isn't stupid enough till negotiate with them.
I know the one we dont choose will definitely look back in anger.
1) Is Muani really that guy? He did look good at the WC from the few glimpses I've seen but is he the man to carry the mantle in Kane's absence?so what are peoples thoughts if we finish the window with our main buys/sales being from this point:
In
Muani
Gallacgher
Tosin
Tapsoba
Out
Hojbjerg
Kane
Sanchez
If he doesn't have a kink to bathe in a water pit, I'm pretty sure he'd choose spurs over West Ham.
Couldn't agree more he should be the afterthought to Tapsoba ( who isn't the fished article either)For the life of me I will continue to say this over and over again, VDV is raw, not at all good in the air (in fact for his height it’s shocking), he lacks aggression and prefers to stand off… only played one year at Bundesliga level…
He’s not this transformative defensive presence that people seem to think he is. He has that potential but there’s a reason we’ve backed off imo. I don’t think he’s worth that.

That would be a fantastic window provided we ship out Lloris too.so what are peoples thoughts if we finish the window with our main buys/sales being from this point:

Kane
Sanchez
This would be a superb outcome. Far more youth and energy into the side too…. Might still go to shit without Kane but could work1) Is Muani really that guy? He did look good at the WC from the few glimpses I've seen but is he the man to carry the mantle in Kane's absence?
2) Gallagher's energy and knack for a goal makes a lot of sense in Ange's system. Wouldn't be against a swap with PEH.
Maddison--- Gallagher* GLC/Ndombele situation is unclear but I wouldn't mind keeping one though it might mean loaning Sarr out. Devine to also go out on loan - he needs a full season of 1st team football somewhere.
Bissouma
(GLC/Ndombele/Sarr )*- Bentancur
Skipp
It's a strong collection of midfielders.
3) Tosin - a decent backup
4) Tapsoba - if it's only one of him or VDV I'd go with him for the slight edge in experience. Maybe try again for VDV in future.
The punt on the forward is always going to be a gamble post-Kane but I wouldn't be too upset with the above.
Could create a load more outsThat would be a fantastic window provided we ship out Lloris too.
Seems to me like Tapsoba is target #1 but we got further advanced on the VDV deal as a negotiating tactic.I do as well but it is slughtly odd that VDV price is touted at around that figure (probably a little less) yet we can't seem to get that one done.

Reckon 1 of GLC or NDom, and Reg.
I think there has been a communication mix up
We're actually interested in Kolo Toure as our new star CB signing
I think it's a pretty smart move , I know he's about 57 but think of the experience he'll bring
