Primary targets obviously being GK CCB & LCB then on top of that depth at RWF and make Danjuma permanent if he impresses.

I think Pickford comes in at GK.

Pre-contract agreement with Ndicka and Bastoni for the other CB position.

Danjuma deal will involve GLC going the other way.

The curve ball to me is the Ndombele situation at Napoli - if there is an obligation to buy in the loan deal as rumoured then we may see a player coming in from them

We need 2 GK's happy with Sanchez of Brighton or Raya and a young solid backup option

I reckon Conte is gearing emerson royal up to play RCB and who knows it could be a masterstroke cant be any worse than he plays at Rwb lol

I think Hincapie deal is already being done and will formely be announced in next few weeks

Other than that we need to put some players in any potential deals to shift out some of the deadwood in the side.

I think Bastoni is unrealistic target as before when we tried to sign him he wanted to stay in italy i think the only way he arrives is through Conte still being our manager
Yes inter may be more open to a players sale with 12 months to run on a contract and wont want to see one of there stars leave for free like skriniar is this summer to PSG just think Tottenham is a hard sell to a player of Bastoni's pedigree.
Seen that Harry maguire has been linked with a move to us for some time i dont think he would be the worst signing in the world.

The current squad situation :

GK's - (3) Lloris, Forster, Austin
CB's - (6) Romero, Dier, Davies, Sanchez, Lenglet, Tanganga
FB's - (4) Royal, Persic, Sessegnon, Porro
CM's - (5) Bissouma, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Sarr
Fwds - (6) Kane, Son, Kulusevski, Richarlison, Moura, Danjuma

Total 24 Players

UEFA Squad :
Club Trained Players
- Kane, Skipp, Tanganga, Austin, (4)
Other Association Trained – Sessegnon Forster, Davies (3)
Overseas trained - Lloris, Romero, Sanchez, Dier, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Kulusevski, Son, Moura, Sarr, Perisic, Bissouma, Richarlison, Lenglet, Royal, Porro, Danjuma (total 17, max 17 can be registered

PL Squad
As above but Sarr included as u21

Loaned Out (and not included above) :
Reguilon, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Winks, Rodon, Spence, Udogie, Gil (8 loanees)

Summer
Lenglet's loan comes to an end - its likely we won't make it permanent
Moura contract comes to an end
Danjuma loan comes to an end - and depending on 2nd half of season, we may or may not make it permanent.

So we start with two 'Overseas trained player' places being vacant (one taken by and one 'Home grown player' places being vacant.

But, Ugogie, Gil and Spence will take up these places.

So plenty to do to move on as many of the 5 players on loan as possible (Ndombele, Lo Celso, Reguilon, Rodon and Winks) as well as current squad players we need to move on to create space for our incoming players.

Hopefully a busy and productive window.

But it won't be easy with only a few clubs having the money to pay wages our unwanted players are on.

Napoli are good club at spotting amazing talent (not sure the thinking behind the N'dombele loan though lol)

Elmas and khivcha Kavaratshelia have both been tracked and offered to Spurs before moving to Napoli we didnt want to take the risk then now look at them flourish

In bold are the players I'd sell immediately, in italic the ones I'd like to be loaned out.

GK 4
Lloris, Forster, Whiteman, Austin

CB 6
Tanganga, Rodon, Dier, Romero, Davies, Sanchez

FB 6
Reguilon, Royal, Udogie, Spence, Porro, Perisic, Sessegnon

MF 9
Lo Celso, Sarr, Ndombele, Winks, Bissouma, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Bentancur, White, Devine

FW 9
Gil, Kulusevski, Son, Lucas, Kane, Scarlett, Parrott, Soonsup-bell, Richarlison

- A starting GK is needed immediately, Forster is good enough for a backup.

- I'd rather keep Rodon as a backup CB than both Sanchez and Dier. Tanganga can either be loaned or sold, I just chose loan in case he might have a resurrgence.

- Reguilon is a better player than Sessegnon, however if Conte stays we're going to be stuck with Sess (big mistake in my opinion). Perisic is good to stay for one more year. He's been good, a great professional, and Udogie can learn a lot from him.

- Lo Celso is a good player however it hasn't clicked for him here, Ndombele should be as far away from N17 as possible, there's no way back for Winks either, and even though I haven't listed him there, if a good offer came for PEH, I wouldn't be against selling him as well.

- Gil should be used a lot more after he comes back, Sonny will never be sold, however his time starting from next season should be a lot more limited, Scarlett should be loaned out for one more season, and I don't think Parrott will ever make it to a Spurs level, so a sale to a Championship side would be good.

11 sales and 7 players to loan out looks a tad ambitious, and unlikely to be practicable, particularly when not too many other clubs seem to want to pay the level of salaries the Spurs players being discarded are on.

Not sure how many players you want in, but that's on top of the 18 sale and loan deals out

More realistically ? :

- say 4 or 5 players in (GK, 2 CB's and either Danjuma or another forward) and same number out (including Moura and Lenglet whose deals end in summer) plus ideally 3 + of our loanees sold
- maybe 5 or 6 loans out (all youngsters)

In total 10-12 sales/purchases :
4 or 5 in
3 or 4 out (plus 2 Moura and Lenglet deals ending)
3 + loanees sold

Plus 5 or 6 youth loaned out

IMO the sales will be the biggest issue with players not wanting to leave. And that will cap the number of purchases

If Parataci has set loans up to Villarreal (Lo Celso) and Napoli (Ndombele) with obligations to buy and/or swap deals for players we would like, and those deals get done in the summer it will be a huge step to getting the numbers of deals done I've outlined.

Dier and Sanchez both have a year left on their deals come the summer. I'd be amazed if Sanchez isn't moved on. I think we'll offer Dier a new deal tbh, but he can't go into next season first choice.
