Trying to be positive about totally made up transfer links. Putting the blinkers on.

But

If we came out of the Kane deal with a striker rotation of Richy and Kolo Muani, that would be a huge W.

Both can get minutes on the wing, both bring Ange something different tactically. Would make so much sense.

So just to show my workings.

Last 10 games of season - last 5 games ream was injured but 5 previous to that Tosin was starting ahead of Diop.

vs west ham - Tosin Ream (Diop Bench)
vs everton - Tosin Ream (Diop Bench)
vs Leeds - Tosin Ream (Diop Bench)
vs Villa - Tosin Ream (Diop Bench)
vs City - Tosin Ream (Diop Bench - came on for Ream as sub)
vs Liverpool - Tosin Diop (Ream injured)
vs Leicester - Tosin Diop (Ream Injured)
vs Soton - Tosin Diop (Ream Injured)
vs palace - Tosin Diop (Ream Injured)
vs united - Tosin Diop (Ream Injured)

Worth adding that Tosin started 23 matches averaging almost 90 mins match last season plus 2 appearances off the bench.

Per various quotes :

Said to be player a who is strong in the tackle and capable with the ball at his feet, suitable to a possession-based style of play, and boasts good positional awareness and reading of the game.

He's 6 ft 5 in, his height and physical presence have seen him emerge as a dominant defender who is adept at winning aerial duals and effecting headed clearances. Fairly fast and good passer.

Looking at Fulham fans forums he's been agitating for a move for much of last season (might be reason why he wasn't playing more) , they think he's fine but not shown enough to go to a top club (remenbering they bought him off Man City).

So he might not be a top class CB but he has a lot of good attributes - maybe Ange sees him as a good project. And an upgrade on Sanchez

Really like Kolo Muani. But just don't see it happening. Will prove to be far too expensive
Not if we sell Kane.

Tbh I don’t see Levy agreeing to let Kane go until the money is spent on deals that have been agreed elsewhere.

Otherwise the prices go up.

In this hypothetical dream world where I’m deluding myself Levy knows what he’s doing:

IN
Tosin
VdV
Kolo Muani
#6

OUT
Dav
Tanganga
Hojberg
Kane
Perisic
Spence (loan)

Isn’t too bad.

People are gonna have agendas, and people are gonna say dumb stuff, but I have yet to see anyone defending ENIC about the ticket price rise for example.
What about defending the chairman getting a pay rise after that awful season & him hiring 3 managers in a month. Or the move to east London. Or no signings that summer. Or the super league. Some will defend anything when it comes to enic & levy.
