Go do some actual scouting and find some value outside of the PL and get a good CM and CB for 40m each instead.

(Viega would have been one such option).

Rice isn't worth that to us. Neither is Caicedo.

They may be worth it to clubs that can spunk 200-300m per window but not to us.

If we have 100m to play with, I wouldn't be blowing 75 on Eze. We have more gaps to fill.
