Then it's best to steer well clear
Not necessarily because:

He missed one game through injury last season.

How many seasons does he have to play before injury label is taken from him? One more? Two more?

I remember when Kane used to be labelled as injury prone.

And he's looking like his old self again.

Was never a pure speed merchant and has all the technique in the world.

Aside from the back 8 of the starting lineup, I don’t trust any single one of our players to really push for the highest level.

Still, it’s great that we’ve got a good spine in our starting XI and the most important spine, a manager. That is a positive. But we can’t rely on our forwards and we can’t rely on any defensive depth, which is a scary place to be in.

Years and years of work to be done on the forwards, the depth, and as I keep repeating to myself after that loss, it will take time.
Defensively I've been surprised so far, only conceded 3 goals (2 own goals and 1 pen) in 4 games. Still look pretty shaky though. One more good CB would be nice, one winger and a top notch striker would be a great transfer window. Need a back up mid as well. We could make a good starting eleven but not a lot of depth. Some of them will go to the African Cup so need a top up.

If that’s the case then why isn’t Pedri, Gavi, De Jong up for sale?
They're not that deep in their mess yet obviously.
Barca could get a way with selling de Jong...because he's not played as well as expected. And they were even willing to sell him at one stage - for the "right" price.
Both Pedri & Gavi are from their own academy and projected world class players, so if Barca sold one of them the fans would be furious and it could spell the end of the present Barca president. So they did everything they could to keep both of them (by buying out the contracts of Pique, Busquets, Alba & more)

Guess this one is a goer.

Always had a suspicion. Seems an Ange player to me. Can dribble people either direction and has end product to score or cross/cutback.

In case the Johnson deal falls thru it's not necessary a bad second option. Yes, I know about his injuries and there's questions about his attitude but there aren't many other options out there right now with 2 days left in the transfer window.
And, many seem to forget, Angelos in new to the EPL and came in to build a new system, get in new players (who are also new to the EPL), so thing will take time to gel.
