I think Fati is a quality player. I think he'd strengthen our attack much more than Johnson.
The thing is, it is up to the player to drive a move if they want to play because if they arent going to be named in the squad then they are fucked. If that happens they shouldnt be allowed into the training ground.
At least VdV had a clear position to play.
Ansu is a small right footed left-winger in the Son profile who is more inside forward/second striker than real winger, he’s not great with take-ons, and if we only get him on loan how will we be sure his head will be in it? Is he going to bench Son? Perisic has also been good with lots of assists in preseason and two this year as well.
Signing him would give us 5 right footed left wingers by my count (including Richy) and 0 actual right wingers.

I think both are true.

Ansu Fati has agreed to move to Brighton & Hove Albion after they hijacked Tottenham Hotspur’s bid to sign him at the 11th hour. Brighton made a late move for the Barcelona forward after Tottenham had all but agreed a deal, also on loan, and were waiting on the final agreement from the player.
