That’s why it’s so utterly crucial that we had a good window to replace Kane and set us up for Cl this season. If we get CL somehow (or at least finish top 6), Ange looks like a genius, we get the cash injection, and suddenly our pull is back and we can really make some moves next summer.
But with this, we could easily dwindle down to 10th with just one or two injuries and I’m not sure if we have the firepower to score enough goals for top 4/5.
It’s sad bc this is a real opportunity season for us and we seem to have bungled it.

Pretty disappointed Perisic is still your player but when I see your problems it makes me wonder how such a big club can have such irresponsible management. I mean, you cant have few players you wont register and still you need to pay them for not playing. Furthemore, you are waiting till last second for Johnson like he is Mbappe. All for what, few millions down? And no CB yet. I really enjoyed your football under Ange, but with this squad i cant see Tottenham in top 4, not because your players arent that good, yes they are, but suspensions and injuries will come and you will be f up. So better dont hope for big things, disappointment will be smaller, believe me, I am used to it.
