I’ve liked the look of Lobotka from Slovakia. Busy, good passer. Nearly 30 though, but seems like the kind of guy that’ll still be doing it at 36.

And get ready to take the fucking piss, as the other guy I liked in his only match so far suffers from the English hate that Ibrahimovic had to endure and that’s Lukaku. Massively underrated on here and did miss a couple of chances, but he somehow managed to get free in the box to miss these, even though he’s as big as a fucking town. And he scores a lot more than he misses.

Lobotka has always been a really good little footballer. Was the hub of the Napoli team that won the league in 22-23. Too late for this one though.

Werner LW, Bergvall CM, Vanderson RB, Eze AM, Doue LW, Chiesa RW.

Doue also very young, some kind of cut as the Nusa deal we attempted back in January. Taking into account that we've lost wide options such as Perisic and Sessegnon now and Solomon seems to have missed his moment at the club, we'd need reinforcements and depth in those areas and we all know our current crop aren't strong enough to deliver week in, week out

I guess in a reverse sentiment (i.e. who do we already have who has shone at the Euros) - it's been nice to see Dragusin play well, and Hojbjerg is really putting himself in the shop window, which can only be a positive.

Also, while it's likely not pleasing for Eze himself, if our interest is genuine then Southgate failing to give him the opportunity to impress is probably helpful re: negotiating a price to buy.

That Georgian kid flopped big time at Ajax, only lasted a few months there before returning to Metz. That said, Ajax were a right friggin mess last season...and he banged in a fair few goals upon returning to Metz, nearly keeping them up. I'm hearing he's off to Monaco now, though.
