It's bullshit. You don't change your whole recruitment strategy and sign players on 5 year contracts etc because you qualify for the CL one year.
He's been discussed before.
First of all, should Leeds get promotion then I doubt he would like to leave - and staying would most probably be the best for his career anyway.
His fee would be closer to £60-70m + adds-on.
But he could turn into Spurs' DM anchor for the next decade...
