Ask any Palace player (or just watch Eze constantly cutting inside) and you'll see he's not a touchline winger. Don'tSinl;s think I've ever seen him take on a right back on the outside.

You may want a touch line left winger - but it does nothing for me.

And Spurs didn't play with a touch line winger last season - Son played mainly as striker and showed he was past being a winger when played on the left.

If you look at any stats you will find we did well in terms of goal involvement on the right with Johnson and Kulusevski (being versatile can also play cm), whilst our best performing left sided player was Werner whose stats were average. So Eze helps us win games.

Can also play CM, which given our lack of creativity when Maddison injured or out of firm is very useful - as is the fact he's a top HG player which we need more of..

So Eze is one of the new players we might hope to sign who will improve Spurs.

Son was our best winger last season by an absolute country mile.

£70m on a guy who can't play in midfield with Maddison, and is behind Son on the left. When we desperately need starters at ST and RW, not to mention additions at #6, fullback and CB.

Terrible squad planning if this goes ahead, unless we've found some external investment and Levy is finally opening the chequebook in multiple areas (huge doubt).

Can’t play in midfield with Madison, impossible,for you to judge that.
