Is there a necessity for Eze?
Do you think Eze has been a giant smokescreen this window. Everyday we seem linked to him. Thats not how Johan and his team operates. He's silently in the shadows making deals with players and nobody hears about them until they are announced. With all these smoke signals about Eze I think he must be working on a big deal with a big name player....hopefully a striker.

Tbh we have parrot who did well in Holland plus young Will give them some minutes in the cups. Veliz god knows know idea why we bought him when we already had Scarlett. Strange how we look to always want to loan out our own academy players yet bring in players of the same age to be in first team squad.
One of these young strikers need to be our 3rd striker this season. They will get games in Europa and cups and can keep training and learning in the main squad. Ange can watch in pre-season and pick the one that shows most promise.

KFC- perfect halftime refreshment for the competitive sportsman.

I wouldn't mind if Hoiiberg decides to stay here for the final year and go for free next season. He is a wonderful back up player to have and with Europa league he could play a lot of games.
Not for me. Agree he’s a good player and has been a good servant but his presence will take minutes off Bergval, Gray and even Skipp and basically eliminates the possibility of Hall getting minutes.

I've been thinking about this for a bit but we might bring in Roony Bardghji. Right-sided winger, very technically sound, only 18, Swedish (instant kinship with Bergvall and Kulu), part of CAA Base and his contract expires in December of next season.

Skipp is better in my view. Have posted elsewhere but as a 6 he’s more effective than Hoj but Hoj more effective as an 8 (appreciate the bald men arguing over a comb gag). But frustrating that Ange tended to only play Skipp as the 8 and Hoj as the 6
Skipp needs to go and get some game time on a regular basis, on loan or sold. He's a good player but will just fade into the background if he stays at Spurs.

I don't know, I just don't see what other people see, his end product is very inconsistent, even though he's now 26 he still is an incredibly streaky player, not a guy you can rely on to gee up the team when the chips are down, I respect the work he's done for hungry kids and as a person he's fantastic, but I've always viewed him as "above-average to good", would look shit hot for an Everton or Brentford but never gonna cut it for a top-end side. Look at the likes of Bale, Modric, Berbatov and how good they looked with the shit we surrounded them with in their time, Rashford only performs well for Utd when Utd are performing well as a team, that's a passenger imo.

I’d rather sign Roachford.

It's a tough one because Ange loves that cattledog style of player, reminds me of Matt McKay who Ange coached at Brisbane Roar and the Australian NT.

Also Skipp is club trained.

Would be great in a mid-table team coached by someone with a high intensity gameplan. Fulham maybe?

Or keep for another year as CT depth until a few more of the CT youngsters are ready.

I think he just wants to play more football now, which I can’t blame him. If he was on the market, given the prices for young English players, we shouldn’t accept anything under £30m. He’s well worth that.

The thing what worries me is Ange is going to bring in a lot of brain dead high intensity players.

People like Conor Gallacher. You can see how average he is playing for England.
