Chris Armstrong was very good in his first season. Injuries killed him afterwards and Spurs fans never applied that context.
Spurs fans didn't apply context?!

Fucking LOL![]()
Solanke is an example that If you don’t want your manager all up outside the technical area, all up in your pockets at the training ground and all up in the Lego and hair grease… COME TO DEATH ROW.
Bad parenting!Apparently Solanke is some sort of gooner.
''With Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke having been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham in recent weeks, his links with Woolwich have emerged.
This is not just because of the fact that Woolwich are also interested in him, but also because the Gunners were his first love in football owing to his father being a fan of the North London Reds.''
Feel much the same as when we signed Richarlison. All a bit flat for a big signing imo. Hope for the best but just doesnt exactly have you on the edge of your seat for the new season. Really hope i'm wrong and now he's likely to be here should have our full support. All feels a bit Chris Armstrong but let’s see. Hope he does well.
“We don’t want to move away from original targets” I’d love to know who they were. If solanke was one then I don’t care what exscuse people have he should have done 1st of July. There is no justification for leaving it this late. Now it seems like a panic buy. Dippers under slot have evaluated their squad he has identified zubeendi to fit and have just gone out for him. If we had targets then they should have been worked on months ago and purchased if possible soon as window opened. Or they should have moved on. Leaving it this late will give the fanbois of players like solanke the exscuse of not having a proper pre season under Ange and wait till next year. We are always waiting till next year. As Del boy would say “ this time next year we will be millionaires”.

Armstrong had the wrong attitude and was lazy. I have ITK that when he was at Bolton, he just sat on his hotel room all day, pretending to be injured, ordering room service about 5 times a day.All feels a bit Chris Armstrong but let’s see. Hope he does well.
We turned down Bergkamp to sign him. Although not his fault, it just means he was always dead to me,Chris Armstrong was very good in his first season. Injuries killed him afterwards and Spurs fans never applied that context.
You on Bournemouth itself? Im in between Southampton and Fareham the other side of the Solent.I live here now, It's decent, going downhill though fast though.

We wanted Todibo so much allegedly.
Exactly. Armstrong want terrible but after Klinsmann and Woolwich signing Bergkamp, who we turned down, it all felt very flat. I'd say its a decent comparison. We turned down Bergkamp to sign him. Although not his fault, it just means he was always dead to me,

He's had a better season than Richarlison ever had. The main thing they have in common is that they're both from lower half clubs.Feel much the same as when we signed Richarlison. Both shit IMO. Decent winger gets 25 to 30 goals in 90 games.

Nah, they would have cooked. Like Ferdinand and Shearer, although similar, they worked it out.Bergkamp was a top player no doubt but him and sheringham would not have been a good partnership
How many pens did we have last season?Toney>Solanke that's my opinion. Toney is a more clever footballer all round and deadly at pens.
Gareth Southgate is no fool.
Did we turn him down, or did he turn us down?We turned down Bergkamp to sign him. Although not his fault, it just means he was always dead to me,
Lankshear and Solomon a.t.m as well.
