If that’s the case, why keep him if he’s going?
What’s the point? Why not sack him now?
It might be that we don't have his replacement lined up yet or that not all details have been agreed. Levy might consider it wiser to just keep Poch for a while longer in a such case.
It's all just speculation anyway.
