Really did Everton deserve anything from that game?
Shouldn't have had 2 goals.
If we wouldn't have score the third they wouldn't have scored their 2nd.
We outplayed them really.
Disappointed we conceded one, let alone 2.
That's the new Spurs era for you.
Not content with just the wins anymore but the goals conceded also.
Oh Mr Pochettino you are spoiling us.

Another home game after a rejuvenating win against stoke city . Can't see any reason to change the team much so...

---------------Kane---------------------
----------Ali---Eriksen-----------------
-Davies--Dembele-Wany---Walker
-----Vertonghen-Alderweireld
---------------Lloris-----------------------

Bench: Son, Trippier, Wimmer, Jassen, Sissoko, Winks...

Two at the back seems a bit risky.

Food and Drink:
If you walk up Tottenham High Road to the stadium from Seven Sisters station, 'you will pass restaurants and street vendors selling exotic food.'
The concourse will be selling Carlsberg, Sommers by Cider, Tetley Bitter and a guest ale (subject to availability) along with pies/hotdogs/burgers both pre match and at half time.'

Delighted with that result. At 2-1 I was wondering if that might be the point in the season we look back on as when we blew it. To get the 3rd was massive and showed an improvement on character and strength. (And was proven vital by that 2nd Everton goal- even if you argue we may not have conceded it had we not assumed it was game over by that point)

Also agree that Davies had his best league game for us for a long time if not ever. He still doesn't offer that same attacking threat as rose but he looked stronger and meaner in the challenge today.

Nice points gap over 5th place now with a couple more winnable games on the horizon. Hope those spastics from east London get something vs the chavala tomorrow

Great game, we are fantastic at home. I really enjoy every single minute being played at WHL...

Anyway, everybody deserves a 8/10 for the game. Vertonghen had an unlucky slip, it can happen, he was brilliant today.

That 2-3 by Valencia may be a blessing in disguise. It's frustrating to concede that late after scoring the third, but the team now knows that they have to keep up their concentration throughout the whole 95 minutes.

Onwards and upwards. We would have dropped points here in the past two seasons. Not today. Bring on Millwall, score 5 and send those fuckers home. :coys:

What a great performance, especially first half. How it wasn't 5-0 at half time the Lord only knows! Thought again we were good 2nd half for about 75mins before you could see some fatigue coming in.

Expected more from Everton, Koeman is basically shit scared of us and chose to play like Pulis, what a pussy. Everton fans can officially take the prize for the quietest fans to came to the Lane this season, they were worse than their team, literally not a peep until 80th min when they had their first shot.

Special mentions; Vertonghen was my MOTM, his slip (or was it a push, hard to tell from where I was) aside, he won every header, linked up so well with midfield and Davies, playing out from the back with such confidence too and to see him marauding through the pitch is a thing of beauty, he deserves a goal more than anyone in the side. I thought Davies played his best game in a white shirt, he was fearless today and took the game to the oppo, where he suffers doing this is having the athleticism to get back if a move breaks down, not today he played out of his skin. Again, when we are all on it and play well there is no weak-link in this side.

What a first goal from the #oneseasonwonder

Thought Janssen actually showed his worth with his short cameo today - he's a battering ram of a striker and needs to play tight on the last defender fighting for the ball, scrapping and taking whacks from the opposition is the only thing he's better at than Kane.
