Spurs in 5th place with 33 points from 18 games
- 2 points behind Woolwich but with 2 games in hand
- 9 points behind Chelsea but 2 games (possible 6 points) in hand.
- 2 points ahead of both Wham (but with a game in hand on them) and ManU.

Top 4 remains in our hands - and top 2/3 are surprisingly not out of reach !

We need some refreshments to the squad this month to really push.

RWB - at this point I would take Adama for that, someone who can take on players and open space

Midfield - Brozovic or Neves, real quality passer

Attack - Vlahovic to give cover/competition for Kane

It still looks a pretty tough battle to finish top 4 wont be popular on here saying this but finishing ahead of the goons and even wh is not a given on current form that is why we absolutely need a couple of quality lads in to improve us to kick on and find that extra gear .

We’ve got quality on the bench too, there’s a chance Sess, GLC or Gill break through, Romero too

RWB and getting PEH out is the priority

People will say players like Adama don't work against teams that sit deep. But anyone who watched the game today will have seen Emerson repeatedly get the ball with 15-20 yards of pitch infront and one opponent directly challenging him. A player like Traore has that opponent on toast or is double marked, which opens up space for someone else. We really need attacking threat in those wing back positions.

We need two types of wing backs, Emerson for big games we need to keep tight and real wingers for when team sit deep.
