Ange or Amorim first though? 🤔
Amorim's pay-off apparently decreases from current 12M after Nov 1st.

So he'll likely get pool/brighton/forest.

Flange has got chelsea/b'mouth/united.

So that Forest V Manure game 1st Nov, could be El Sackico, but probably not as chances of fatman getting Ws from chelsea and b'mouth are very slim and he should be gone.

Would be hilarious if it was, tho.

Haha Steve G

They gotta be trolling their fans
Why? The last time he was there he won the title and stopped Celtic from winning 10 in a row, yeah he was shite at Villa, but in the Scottish league he has a proven track record.

Don’t think utd under Amorim are anywhere near as bad as forest under ange. They’ve lost to Woolwich, city and Brentford and drawn away to Fulham. The only really bad result is the Brentford one and apart from that they’re doing pretty much what you’d expect them to. Losing in the efl cup was probably what has got everyone so wound up but think Amorim will get the season.

Apart from the Woolwich match it's the manner they've lost though, especially against City they started OK, but once City scored the first goal they just fell to pieces.

True but on the other hand against Brentford they’d have come back from two down if Fernandes had scored his penalty and maybe would have gone on to win. Got done on the counter looking for an equaliser and so lost 3-1. Think they’ll finish at least top 8 but whether that’s enough to keep Amorim in a job who knows.

It's because they played under Alex Ferguson, like somehow people think his managerial skill was infectious.

TBH a lot of them were good managers. A fair while back.

The issue is that, by modern standards in the modern game, Ferguson would be equally as shit. The stuff the 90's united players say about how he did things wouldn't fly for more than a weekend in a modern side - and for good reason. Controlling what cars the players can drive, where they go on holiday, how their hair is cut; throwing stuff at them, going in a mood with them for weeks at a time, freezing them out of the side for petty reasons. It's the exact same reason why the Mourinho disciples all because shit managers at the exact same time that his style lost all effectiveness.

We'll probably see the same from all this pep clones before long. Someone will switch it up back to 4-4-2, everyone will follow, and that whole 3-2-4-1 will be redundant in some way. He's already not the coach he used to be, and neither are those he rubbed off on
