N'Dicka is/was the one to get. Good passer, solid frame, left footed - more similar to Romero but a great option given Mickey's injuries. Looking very settled for Roma.

70m Euros for Hincapie is an absolute joke.

Ndicka + a real LB would be more ideal for us. And I bet we can get that done for the same 70m euros it supposedly would cost to get Hincapie.

You don't think the right-footed left-sided CBs at, say, Barca, Real M., Bayern and Liverpool also have to do that?
Besides, I rarely see Spurs' FBs in the opponents penalty box anyway...
It's not strictly necessary, but it's very nice to have. Being able to curl the ball left to right around the first mark to start a play is underrated as a basic play.

Barca have the following CM right now:
DM: Marc Bernal, Marc Casadó,
CM: Frenkie de Jong, Aleix Garrido, Pablo Torre,
OM: Pedri, Gavi, Fermín López, Pedro Olmo,
Plus hey have Dani Rodríguez and Toni Fernández coming thru, who both are left-footed and play same offensive positions as Kulu.
In other words, unless they sell 1 or 2 or 3 of their CMF then Barca, with their financial problems, will not prioritize CM and certainly not in a position they are well-covered.
And why would Deco hand Flick the short-list? It's not Flick's job to go out and get them (ok, maybe to inform him but s till), and how was that list leaked to the press? 🤔

Director of football decides players who they think work for the project, they give manager the list for them to decide who they prefer for the team. Same with our managers for the past few years.

Director of football then tries to buy them.

Not saying it's true but the way it's worded doesn't imply a lie

Yes, I know that, but it was the wording of "handed" a list made it look like the head-coach just getting a list players dropped on him. It's more coordinated than that; particularly when dealing with a head-coach like Hansi Flick.

Tottenham eyeing move for AC Milan starlet Yunus Musah

It will not come as a surprise if Spurs prioritise strengthening in the middle of the park in the summer, given that their experienced midfielders have underperformed this season.
