Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

If we did somehow manage to get him he feels like he could be that "Ginola" type player that the club has been crying out for. The guy that gets the bums out of the seats and lights things up creatively.

I just don't see it happening sadly
I totally agree mate, you feel something special is going to happen when he gets in that final third. I can picture him playing for us and the club should be going all out to get him. Wants to go to a bigger club,he’d still be in London and will make better money,
I think there’s so much going on in the background just now that I don’t see us pushing the boat out for the perfect Tottenham player which I think he is.
Plus Eze's entire family are Spurs!

Fair fucks... Most in this thread just took the piss when we were linked and said he was 'meh'.

At Porto?

.........Can they pop the ball about a bit?
Nabil Bentaleb Nabil Bentaleb and Château NoHo Château NoHo were the ones that really sold Varela to me. Has better progressive passing stats than Hjulmand or Zubimendi, but also weaker defensive stats. I wouldn't hate the signing, but think he's more of a straight swap for Betancur....not really the DM we need.

I'd be happy with Florentino Luis, as well. He's actually the most defensive of the 3.

Out of the 3, one of those is probably going to be great, one is going to be serviceable, and one will be shit. If I had to bet, honestly, I think Luis will be the best of the crop.

I trust us to sign the shit one, of course.

Some young candidates:

Baleba, Bouaddi (Lille), Bischof (Hoffenheim) Lemine Camara (Monaco)

Have only seen little bits of Bischof, but he’s got a nice combo of tenacity and passing, just not sure about his athleticism.

After watching PSG and especially Vitinha there was some new-found love for the game. Not a lot of Vitinha's out there and only name I can think of that comes remotely close, probably unrealistic, is Marc Casado at Barcelona. Then again, they could probably be tempted considering their finances and the fact they are pretty stacked in that area (or at least will be if they sign Partey on a free). Would probably be impossible to convince Casado himself

Now that's a team that would do well this season.

Top 4 nailed on with that imo.
When you think of all the money we’ve spaffed up the wall on shite players and changing managers the last 7 or 8 years and we could get two of the best forwards in the league in their prime years for £120m. But of course, Levy will um and ahh, plead poverty and we’ll end up with a kid and a cheap loan.
