I can only assume we are either keeping things low key or frank wants to meet everybody first and have a look before deciding what the priorities should be.
As someone else mentioned there'd been no links whatsoever to a 6. I know frank will love bergvall, bentancur and gray but if those 4 and sarr are our cm's for the coming season we could struggle but I'm happy to wait and see.

Just really surprised. I know he's got a gooner tat but hjulmand just looks to be the perfect enforcer for us, a fellow dane and somebody he could really use as he did with noorgard. 60m clause I think too. Buying him and eze would get us a hell of alot closer to the top 4 teams imo.

Apropos of nothing this is probably the funniest posts in that website’s entire history. Absolutely rolling in laughter reading this. The semi-literate fool who quite literally can’t even spell his own name now quoting script, as a massively fraudulent “donation drive” barges on. Hilarious.

This squad (minus Solanke, Odobert, Danso, Gray, Tel, Bergvall) came 5th 13 months ago. I said we'd need 2-3 additional players just to be competitive (e.g. challenge for 5th), with even more required if we are to challenge for the league.

Why don't you go and so something else rather than troll fellow spurs fans all day?

Not sure what the logic is behind that. I think the issue is convincing our owners to spend all the cash we already have! Don't think the extra 15/20m we can get off Solomon will change anything.

I agree that it makes sense to sell. I'm just saying he'd definitely worth at least 15m so if we don't get offered that then there is a legitimate case to keep him and loan out Odobert instead.

There's a lot of money to be made if a player runs their deal down to zero.... Having a punt at Europe for the first time could well be enough to tip a player's decision in that direction.

Eze wants the move so they won't have to force him. Eze has a release clause so if it gets triggered then Palace can't do anything to stop him leaving.

The only roadblock is Spurs haven't fully committed to going for Eze yet and have other targets. And Spurs want Palace to accept installments. If Palace want to make it really awkward then they'll demand most of the release clause upfront. But the latest word is Palace are now willing to accept it in 3 installments.

So, I know your reasons for wanting Romero sold but when you see the reality of what Levynomics will replace him with, does it not give you any pause?

We can debate stuff like “what if we could replace Romero with Tapsoba “ but we all know it won’t be Tapsoba.

It will be a guy like this for lower wages and most likely a lower fee.
