Romero as captain and on more then 200k inconsistentDon't shoot the messenger, but this is what my mate at the papers is hearing rumblings of
Son to USA.
New contract for Romero. Will be captain and our higher paid player (more than Kane).
New contract Bentancur.
Seymenyo or Kudas preferred over Eze. Eze to expensive since we already have Mads and Kulu.
Dragusin wants first team. If Romero stays, he's gone.
Defense of the top priority. Don't be surprised if we start playing some very defensive football in preseason.
Levy wants to win the premier league this season.
Let me guess , he also wants to wear his hair in a perm ?
I kinda believe the bald overlord when has he been wrong before look at these links to world class playersLet me guess , he also wants to wear his hair in a perm ?
Both are about as likely as each other

Would rather Harvey elliot for 40 mill younger and was a mainstay for kloppWhat on earth would be the point in Jacob Ramsey? Not a DM, not a particulaly good 10 and would just limit Bergval and Sarr as more box to box options. Only thing i can think of is we cant get Bentancur to sign a new contract but its still a pretty weak replacement. He can play left midfield but isnt a winger. Its just a classic modern Tottenham deal, its doable, reasonable fee and wages but offers nothing in terms of improving us and just pads the squad.

Tottenham eye West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus in end to unofficial ‘transfer embargo’ between rivals
Joining Spurs would make midfielder first player to move directly from east London club since Scott Parker in 2011
Tottenham Hotspur want to break their unofficial transfer embargo with West Ham United and make Mohammed Kudus the first player to move directly from their fierce London rivals in over 10 years.
Kudus has been identified as a primary target by Spurs, who are believed to be optimistic they can clinch a deal for well below his £85 million release clause that is said to run for the first 10 days of July.
Tottenham had shown an interest in Bryan Mbeumo, Antoine Semenyo and Eberechi Eze, but it is Kudus who sources believe is currently the most likely signing to bolster the attacking options of new head coach Thomas Frank.
West Ham are willing to sell 24-year-old Kudus to help finance a summer rebuild under head coach Graham Potter and the player is believed to be open to the prospect of a move across London.
Joining Spurs would make Kudus the first player to move directly from West Ham since midfielder Scott Parker in 2011.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy blocked Emmanuel Adebayor from joining the Hammers four years later and the clubs have not done business since the Parker deal.
Chelsea had shown an interest in Kudus, but the Stamford Bridge club are completing the signings of winger Jamie Gittens and forward Joao Pedro.
Kudus would give Spurs Premier League and Champions League experience, and his ability to play across the forward positions behind a striker will give Frank plenty of options.
Tottenham are yet to make an offer for Kudus and the club will need to help fund signings by selling players this summer, while there is also the possibility of fresh investment from owners Enic or from outside the club.
The future of central defender Cristian Romero remains uncertain, but Spurs sources denied reports that a fee has been agreed for the Argentine with Spanish club Atletico Madrid.
Romero took a swipe at the running of the club this summer and it remains to be seen if he can be convinced to stay, with the defender due back for pre-season training in the second week of July.
Kudus joined West Ham for almost £40 million from Ajax two summers ago and scored 14 goals in all competitions in his first season in England.
He was less productive last season, scoring only five times, in a West Ham team that struggled in the Premier League.
Moving to Tottenham could make Kudus an unpopular figure at West Ham, who have not sold a player directly to their rivals since Parker.
This might be the most depressing thing I have read on here, Wissa as our star signing, what a shambolic window that would be.
This is a typical transfer for us watch it happenIf we sign Ramsey, I will punch myself repeatedly in the face until I fucking die.
Would rather we signed fuck all than signed him.
This is what i think will happen frank will assess the squad deem it good enough and we might just sign a jacob Ramsey because he's cheap.
Always happens when a new manager comes in barring conte who was actually honest
Let's see if Frank says the same things
Its like having the aim of opening a Michelin starred restaurant but only stocking Rustlers microwave burgers
He's defo cunt enough to play under Simeone
Wouldn't put it past levy English homegrown free
