Sell him for the best price possible and just move on. The club has to get better at trading players out, it's no big deal even if the player in question is one of our better ones, especially if he doesn't want to be here
You don't make a dude who's never played an entire season your highest paid player. Especially when said dude has had suspicious injuries & unheard of recovery time whenever his NT had a game coming up. Oh and when that twat organised an interview in our facilities to talk about moving to another league & club.

You mean for the 5 games that he is actually fit and not missing because he loves his country so much? ,

Cuti played eighteen games last season, more than Micky did.

True he was injured, and so was Micky.

He like any other player loves his country, I see nothing wrong with that. Wasn't Kane injured before an England semi final a few years ago but still played?

What truly matters is if that player turns up when needed and for my money (and the EL) Cuti was picked as player of the tournament.

If you can't recognize that then, no one will convince you otherwise, and for my money it would be a huge setback for the club to lose him, whether he plays eighteen games, thirty eight or turns up for his country for every international game next season.

Odd how fans want Son to stay when his best is long gone, and yet one of Europe's best centre half's in his prime is discounted without a thought.

Nope!
Bring Chuck, just in case.

I’m happy to stand down if anyone has better punch credentials. I have a small amount of boxing experience and there was that fracas in the White Hart some years ago but I’m 67 now so one of you young guns would probably be able to give Levy a better ‘gee up’ than me?

I was naive enough to once believe in DL and Enic.
Build a stadia and facilities to attract top players.
Use the side hustle revenue from that stadia to pay for those players and finally look to become a consistent top European club, the 20 year plan had been completed. (please don't quote our Europa League win).
What I now realise is that under Enic we will continue to put the shareholders and board members first, penny pinching on the on field activities, continuing to make us nothing more than an average club in the scheme of things.

You've picked the right pill, well done.

He's played more centrally for England U17s recently.

Not quite sure what it has to do with levy in this sense - aren't people banging on about us not signing a £70m to block him
1. You tell Sonny he will always be adored at Spurs but that it's time to move on

2. You tell the Bayern kid thanks for the back end of last season and send him the eff back to ze germanz

3. You sign a world beater to be your starting LW

4. You tell your new manager that the superstar's backup is Mikey...kid has talent, needs the minutes, it's great for the club's future + quotas + image

That's what a proper chairman who knows his shit would do.

I mean, this is exactly what loans are for.

Are you having a stroke?
Nope. Just made a cunt of it because I was trying to type quickly. 🙄
I'm not so sure on that. Kane earns about 2x what he did at Spurs. Ambition plus cash.
Why did Kane move there? His main motivation?

More money or trophies.

The original point was that we do not and never have (except possibly Carrick) lost a player because we don’t pay that player enough.
