That’s how desperate they are for someone to believe it

I suppose that because I been supporting Spurs from days when UEFA Cup was UEFA Cup. I don't rate Europa or Conference League. Both are consolation prizes.I was close to giving you an agree, then I read this! Europa League is not fucking Mickey mouse!![]()
A laughable low bid by us makes it actually believable.Im not so sure, the whole link seems so bullshit. As u say he wouldn't be interested in us.
52m thats laughable whether its true or not. Like even if its made up, why would anyone think of 52m as the fee?
Hes a 80m pound player in the current market, all day long.

Before Ivan Toney arrived at Brentford, he'd played 154 games and scored 62 goals. Almost entirely in league one and league 2.
A goal every 2.5 games in the lower leagues is meh.
At Brentford - Mostly at PL level, a goal every 1.9 games. This includes a ban and playing for a club run on a budget.
Ollie Watkins was about 2.8 games per goal before Brentford. In his 3 seasons that dropped to 1.9 games in the 3rd of his 3 seasons.
Wissa and Mbuemo both increased outputs or at least at a higher level maintained it.
We should judge Solanke an Richie on what they do next, with coaching.
Us hunting a CB, makes me worried Romero are going. We need Quality and not quantity. We have only spent big on 1 new player and need to do so on 1/2 new players. Anything else like young players for the future or loans like Palhinha are extra and a bonus. We should hear more news today about Maddison’s injury and the length of time he will be out is crucial. As many have posted the options for a new No 10 are not great. Frank seems to want a new CB but with a couple of promising players that could be ready next season perhaps a loan would be better. Like others the striker options worry me more and I am less convinced on our prospects there than at CB. If we are to cover LB then it will be a loan.
The restrictions on CL numbers will mean some will not be registered but that should not stop us buying for PL.
It’s been several Madrid sources including their biggest paper I believe so something is going on just not anything that will bring him to us. My guess is they simply want to shift him for cash.
With Madison and Kulu crocked, I'd say it would be like having a gun with no bullets buying a striker right now.I like Frank as stated, and think in time he will.be good for us.
Solanke and Richarlison need to be upgraded for us to make a meaningful dent.I am certain of that
Son didn’t want to go there, he had plenty of offers. Richy too.We couldn't sell Son or Richie to Saudi.
We don't seem to be in on that con like Chelsea etc.

That’s why Daniel might offer 52M , he only just got away with it when he offered the right price for MGW , lessons have been learnedIm not so sure, the whole link seems so bullshit. As u say he wouldn't be interested in us.

Hey!!!..Pal, we spent 700mil over the past few years and 90% of that was on utter shite.
I could give that board 1bn today and I'd still have eff all confidence they'd sign the right players.
Literally would rather have Paul the Octopus make our transfer decisions than Levy & Lange. And poor thing Paul been dead 15 years.

You have already voted for this user....Tel, Danso, Kudus did come in early. MGW also would have been an early signing.

I agree we should be doing more. Just think if they've got 200 million to spend I don't think that's how I'd spend it in relation to that squad and I feel like they're going to have to get rid of some good players to solve the issues they still have. Nobody is spending any money on Hojlund, Onana or Antony, Garnacho will go for 60% of what he's worth because he's openly had a run in with the manager, Rashford will be loaned out until the end of his contract.Should be us having the mad window
This is our opportunity to risk on a bit with CL incomes. But we never take opportunities to push the boat out, we search for opportunities to spend less on players because their value has dipped
I am feeling quite despondent at the momentI dont think you are on your own and your assessment is right. The squad is well and truly lop sided due to no long term plan, constantly changing coach and having to build a squad for the incumbent coach who will get 2 years max. This is all on one man and one man only. I think this caught up with us last season but failing to address it means we will most certainly struggle again this season. But what defines a struggle? Some on here seem quite content with a 9th/10th/11th type finish. I see that as underachieving and more or less a struggle.
