Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I’m more confident on Savinho than Eze. It’s clear to me that at some point Spurs and City will haggle over a gap of around £5m-£10m but meet somewhere in the middle. City will then use that money to buy Rodrygo.

I am worried that Palace are just stringing us along with Eze and have no intention of letting him go this window - on the Palace forum they really don’t think he is leaving

The 'We'll wait till you've got in your replacement' bollocks is a new one even for us.

Seems like the mother of all delaying tactics.

If he plays tomorrow night then that's a piss take for a deal that is 85% done.

Confused! Romano is saying City want to bid for Rodrygo if we buy Savinho. But then he goes on to say City have blocked the move to Spurs?
Has the move been blocked and therefore we will never get Savinho or has the moved be blocked because we won't meet City's valuation? If its the latter then surely the word "blocked" should be replaced with "rejected" Spurs bid!
Sounds like BS. If City want a player, they sign him. They don’t have to worry about cash flow, players leaving or FFP really…. Nation state that ruthlessly does what is best and quickly, for the first team and manager. The opposite of Spurs and the draconian handicaps Levy places on our managers

We'll probably sign neither of them

We aren't a serious football club

Eze is obviously the one that happens. Palace need the money the most to give Glasner some squad depth for Europe. They’ve got 2 deals lined up already by the looks.

Savinho and City are the ones more likely to be stringing us along.

At that price akliouche is better value if we can get him for 45m or less.
But i do worry slightly about if he can be successful in the pl. Talented yes but arguably its a bigger risk than savinho.

And as I said before he is much more like eze than he is to savinho. He also doesn't play lw so that would push eze out there which I dont really want.

I still think this is a bluff from us to try bring city down on price.

Let’s summarise where we are since last season. Bodies not money.
Frank in for Ange. Signs hopeful this will show improvement but early signs for Ange equally optimistic.
Forester &Werner left. Neither were playing and so no impact.
Son left and replaced by Kudus, Son brilliant player for us but was declining and Kudus looks like he will offer more than 2025 Son but will he replace the goals Son scored.
Maddison effectively out for season, hopefully Eze to replace
Palhinha in, will probably replace Biss but he is still here and should be an improvement
Sav is far from done and if he or anyone better than Tel/ Odebert then improvement
Main hope for the season in my opinion is that some of our starters like Romero, VDD & Richie play more games than last season.

"What we know is that a deal between tottenham and palace is very close. Negotiations and 'cunt off's' are now ongoing on TFC suggesting things are getting potentially difficult."
