P$G.... I thought they were part of the spending problem? Why?
Who won the CL last season, the recognized premier European Trophy?
What about the FA, and Carabao Cup's. Big spenders didn't win those either?

Yet in another post you gave the window 0/10...Ultimately I'm happy with the business. We aimed for a higher level of player. Four players that could /should start most matches.

the days of finding out we’d signed someone by picking up a paper or reading it on teletext we’d think we had a great window
What other clubs do is always relevant. WTF?Why are you obsessed with this? Does it affect Spurs in any way?
Fuck the Geordies, only become relevant again due to Saudi oil money.
I'd agree with that. Though, I haven't really watched Drogba much. And Aguero. But Kane is better. And Haaland is of course better. I think that Aguero is probably much better too, but I really haven't watched him almost at all. Nor Drogba. So IDK.I have the same feeling. Good striker for sure but way overpriced!
Not even close to the likes of Haaland, Aguero, Kane, Drogba,...
I doubt it. And how many will Salah score? Isak might score much but that will have to come at the expense of others like Salah and Gakpo. If Isak scores 20+ goals in the Premier League that would be a beyond-world amazing season for him. Again, I vvveeeeery highly doubt it. He barely scored that much at Newcastle where he was on the receiving end of every Newcastle ball that entered the opposition box. Took penalties and was their be all and end all. At Liverpool he will be just another brick in the wall.
Don't be sorry I accidentally tagged you because of the blizzard of people on ignore. Its a site functionatality flaw. Be so much better if they simply didn't show at all. And as I have zero respect for almost everything you have ever said ( hence the long standing ignore) we have a moments wonderful consensus. Back on you go, my bad. Ange in.Meh, no idea what this has to be with my post - youre one of the least objective posters on here so i dont really respect your opinions on things mate.
sorry.
Hahahha, again what? How is that checkup of yours going?
He is a player that signed for Spurs. He is contracted to us. He played few times. Then became surplus.
But I mean, I wish good luck to people that haven't played a single minute for Spurs to. Or any football at all in their life.
Might wish you that as well if you would behave like a normal human being!
This was always my take and forget what's happened subsequently it always felt wrong. Its why I want him sold its poor optics. I think it's frustrating how the club can't 'feel' this stuff. Furlough, Gattuso, elderly concessions. Its some of my big gripes about our owners. He was bought to sell . Opportunistic signing by Daniel due to the Ukraine war. Thought we would have got 10-15m for him. Might do well for Villarreal to put his price up.
They are the bench mark in escalated prices. Neymar 222 million euros.
Not actually as bad as The clearly positive mindset you have that keeps on being disappointed every year.It must be horribly depressing to have such a negative mindset.
Guess you going to be celebrating a 8/10 transfer window again. Like you probably were last year....and the year before......and the year before....etc
Mate Id love this, but it's clear they'd not give us a cold sore. Happy to sell to anyone but Spurs....after we've got Wharton off them in Jan!!!
THEN we can stop doing deals with them!
I rest my case. Extremely proud of winning a second tier cup while loosing 22 League games. It is definitely more rewarding to win 6 or 7 Europa cup games and lose 22 League games that to win 20 league games and 6 or 7 Champions League Games, and lose 4 league games. You might have missed it, but last season we fought for and attained glory whilst Woolwich won the 'best team in europe' sash and city won the charity friendly.
On the paper it looks good but It's far too early to rate this summer TW already after just 3 EPL games. 3 of the 1st team players Spurs bought haven't even played a game for Spurs.

He’s probably better than you at spelling though.I rest my case. Extremely proud of winning a second tier cup while loosing 22 League games. I Bet you are Whiz at Math.
