Devine imo looks ready so I don't think we need to bring in 2 central midfielders.
Sell Bentancur and Bissouma and replace with new starting CM and Devine.

Maddison, Kulusevski, New, Bergvall, Sarr, Gray, Devine

That's absolutely fine considering we won't be in Europe (and that assuming the new manager will play a midfield 3).

We need to sign Karetsas that plays with Greece. He’s unbelievably good for 17. He’s destroyed Andy Robertson tonight. We have been linked with him but he’s exactly the type of exciting right winger we need. He’s a lefty but can go either way,has a trick, links and his finish in this game is class.

Big clubs like Juve, Bayern M, Liverpool, Woolwich and, of course, Chelski have also been liked to him...
He can play both wide and as a OCM.

I definitely could be wrong, but I get a bit of a Grealish vibe with Dibbling. people get very excited by any English player that can take more than two touches without tripping over themselves, and the boy can dribble for sure, I'm just not sure about what he does post dribble. He doesn't seem to produce or create much.

I do like Ekitike though. Good skillset. Also like what I've seen of Larsson (and the kid Bouaddi looks interesting too). Like Stiller at Stuttgart. Lemine Camara (Monaco).

Another 6 I’ve liked for quite a while is Manu Koné (now at Roma) who seems to be maturing nicely.

Minute from the Fan Advisory Board held a few days ago :

Football Update
JL shared insight as to how he approaches his role as Technical Director and the strategy behind building the squad. JL provided an overview of the technical department and the roles of each team member and described how the Club’s philosophy runs throughout all age groups, from the Academy to the first team. JL answered the FABs questions on talent identification, player recruitment (including timing in the transfer window), transfer and wage costs (and structural implications including amortisation), development of young players and the overall structure of football operations

Its a shame the fans in that meeting have not shared what Laing said - or even club releasing a video of that section of the meeting .
