Correct, that will not happen. Romero is one of the best centre backs in world football, whilst there are better players out there, they are not coming to Tottenham.
As for Danso and Dragusin. There's nothing wrong with either of those two as squad players. If we can find someone in between the level of Danso and Romero (some like Guehi) that'd be great as with or injury record, we need that depth.
I don't think Romero is good enough to win us a league title. Guehi would be a good improvement on Danso and Dragusin.
I would also take a decent CDM and Eze. CB and CDM is more of a priority than attacking. It always has been since the Champions League final to be honest.
Still not sure how we ended up with the likes of N'Dombele and Lo Celso as a priority. That's why I need to stress as much as I would like Eze, especially over the likes of Werner and Solomon etc., it is not our priority.
It's not an impressive list but it's not a shit list either and it's obvious not a list of all Spurs targets this summer.
Rayan Cherki and Maghnes Akliouche could - I repeat could - both become quality WFs in the EP. Cherki certainly have the skills but his attitude has been questioned.
Whether Gomes, Evann Guessand and Jonathan David could become quality EPL players, I doubt...but I wouldn't write them off either.
