Yeah Arteta's Woolwich were dog-wank in his first full season until about January - maybe even lower in the table than we are at this stage of the season - but they went on a couple of winning streaks and finished the season with 5 on the bounce.Doesn't matter where we finish, what matters is how we finish. Frank could go on a run where we are winning and more consistent but if it's gonna be this low xg crap, dull uninspiring relying on set piece to get goals and lucky wins then it doesn't matter where we finish, that shit is no way sustainable or enjoyable.
For the guy to keep his job from now we need to see a complete 360 in playing style, domination, creating lots of chances, players improving and him profiling the right players and making subs to change games back in our favour and the players have to be enjoying their football, there's 0 chance of that though despite who we get in this month.
That's the only reason Arteta kept his job, despite them finishing 8th, and Frank would need a similarly stark turnaround in form (and in his case style) to survive.
