What we have now is a result of the last 10 of Levy. Emphasis on youngsters, bargains, opportunities and loans. Dreadful appointments around the football side as well. Even if they now start to get more decisions right its going to take at least 2 years to be become a proper side again.
I thought he was more of a tactician than he has shown tbh. I feel for him as he's been given a squad of total losers and like everyone else who's left the club over the years he'll probably go and do a decent job elsewhere and is nowhere near as bad as he's been made to look here.

They're not total losers though. There's big weaknesses in the squad but they still managed to win a trophy last season
