No he didn't, the club don't give him that sort of power only to get rid of him 2 months later.

People just need to stop coping and face up to reality, we are in this mess because of the custodians who have managed this club over the last quarter of a century, not some puppet.
 
Losing isn't the big problem, we can take losing if we can see what he's trying to coach but just doesn't have the players to do it.

Unfortunately we're just seeing garbage, with little evidence of coaching or improvement. the metrics this season are relegation Battle material from attack to defence .

5 months to turn it around, can't have a second season of this 0.1 XG every week bollox

We lost and did not replace Son. That’s a fact. But he was also mostly ineffective last year.

Yes Deki and Madders are injured, but come on, they were missing for much of the run in last year.

If you don’t think that signing Kudus and Xavi Simons doesn’t increase the quality of the squad then I don’t know what to tell you.

When there is work in progress, the bare minimum requirement is that its possible to spot some progress. I can't see it. Frank must go. Get someone new in. I should care who, but I'm at the point where I'd be happy to see Southgate come in.
 
I said after the Newcastle game it was time up because even though we got a draw it was woeful. Against Brentford and Slavia we were better but that’s because they were both weak as piss and poor sides. We will get annihilated next week against Liverpool and it will be time up.
There’s is not a hint of structure in how we want to play. We have no identity,we have no courage in the final third and that’s not a surprise because we struggle to string three passes together.
I was done with Thomas Frank after Newcastle. It’s too big for him. This won’t improve and anyone thinking it will is delusional. Also anyone thinking he should be given a window or the season deserves the shit that will be served up till he’s gone.
 
As others have said, fine giving managers time and you might accept losing games, if you can see signs of something taking shape, if you can see the underlying stats are good, the footballs good for decent periods. It’s nothing like that. We’re over achieving on results if anything with the football we’re playing.

This is not going to work. Probably wiser to change end of season but don’t think I can watch this for another 30 odd games. If we’re not convinced about the long term plan I’d rather roll the dice with an interim for the rest of the season.
