said for years and years we are a club that is in a position for a real manager to come in and actually show how good they are. weve needed someone who adapts, we should be assertive against the inferior sides and more of a pragmatic counter side against the better sides, its about getting the job done.

really think frank is the right man for this club and we are the right club for him to show how much of a football person he is.

Clearly a quality manager with great tactics, adaptability, and man-management. But what happens when the wheels come off and the atmosphere inevitably turns toxic? He’s never had that test before in his career.

Majority of Brentford fans were yelling for him to get sacked 5-10 games into that tenure. He got through it, got them promoted and is now likely considered the best coach in the clubs history.

Not much but a good example of how aggressive we look to press. It was almost suicidal at times but so well co-ordinated it works sublimely.

We also have to consider that we have alot of really really good 1v1 duel players in our team.

In stands us in really good stead for the games against the big teams this season.

If we could just just add that sparkle of quality in the frontline to give us abit more of a sting then the sky will be the limit.

Indeed - our early form means little- other than the real confidence boost

We lack creativity - both goals were keeper errors and somewhat gifted.
It's a foundation- we still need quality and creativity up front. Especially aa we have lost Son and Maddison.

Thats not his only bad run.

That 2nd season in the PL he lost Toney, had a bunch of injuries too, and half way thru the season it all turned very sour. But he turned it around, somehow. I wasn't watching them apart from our games v them, so feck knows why. Anyway they finished 13pts clear of relegation. Last 10 games very decent results.

I'm not surprised loads of fans were calling for him to be fired initally. Dean Smith was probably quite popular. Frank was like a screeching hand break turn, and the first 10 games were bad results. Bit like Iraola at AFCB after GONeill.
