The only thing that's embarrassing is this fucking fanbase.
I cannot believe how much it's regressed.
Truly awful.
Seriously? Assume you didn’t enjoy the cup final? And yes - I went to most of those defeats in the league and it was bloody painful but Bilboa was immense. We gave the last manager time and it was a disaster. The same is happening now. Two shite appointments and you can't just stick by someone, because. This is modern football, it's not the 90's. Managers come and go.
Under Ange we came 17th at 1 ppg. We are currently at 1.75ppgYou think he is delivering material improvement??? Jesus Christ... I've seen the opposite of improvement... dull, boring, low risk, attritional bollocks... sorry but if we spend 200m on new players next summer you'll be blaming them... we have 20+ internationals in this squad and if you added up their international caps it would be well over 1,000... these players are not the problem. They are being setup to play a flavour of football that died a death in the late 80s. If he doesn't get Champions League football next season then he has failed. No if's no but's... that's the barometer every Spurs manager should be measured against. I cannot for the life of me understand why parts of our fanbase are wetting themselves with an 8th place finish. It's fucking bonkers!!!
This is what makes me laugh, because you're spot on.Also struggled initially with Bournemouth and has had the benefit of managing a team one game per week, he's only reaping the benefits now because he's in his 3rd season...I didn't hear any shouts of Iraola when he first got to the Prem.
Lost 5, drew 3 and only won 2 of his first 10 games there. This is what makes me laugh, because you're spot on.
People want a manager who is showing promise, but is also 3 years into a project. He's managed one game a week! They're not willing to be patient, they want someone to come in and magically be spot on for day one, which is never going to happen.
The same people who want Iraloa would be calling for Frank when Iraola had his initial struggles.
The thing is, the squad was better than that.We literally finished 17th and 22 league defeats last season.
Where do people honest think we will finish?!
Excellent post.People are off their heads and have no idea how shite our squad is.
Look at our CM options.
Palhinha performing. Needs a better partner.
Bentancur shite.
Sarr a kid we signed for cheap.
Bergval a kid we signed for cheap.
Gray a kid we signed for a lot of money and never plays midfield.
Bissouma a waste of space. Not wanted
Just what the fuck do people expect Frank to do.
Our attack.
Son gone.
Maddison injured.
Solanke injured.
Kulu injured. That’s essentially last seasons first choice attack.
Frank is having to play
Odobert a kid. A punt. Not good enough.
Simons. Hasn’t adapted yet.
Kudus only bright spot.
Muani barely kicked a ball been injured.
Richarlison, rancid shouldn’t even be at the club.
Johnson utterly woeful.
Tel not good enough.
I mean just what do the fan base expect? This squad has been assembled with some cheap punts on young players and other players who were signed in previous seasons and clearly aren’t good enough.
Our squad is fucking woeful in midfield and attack.
On top of that we need a LB. Spence horribly upsets our attacking balance on the left and Udogie is made of glass.
Our squad is a mess. When injuries clear up it’ll be better but right now Frank is having to use kids in midfield and attack or just downright crap players.
The fans need to wake up and realise our squad isn’t that good at all. Our CM, LW and striker options for example are terrible.

It felt like it clicked with Poch because he was lucky with a great youth squad tbf.I’m not quite as kneejerk as a few of you guys but definitely not happy with how it’s going
I suppose we can compare it with Poch’s first season, he too struggled early on to make us an attacking threat but it did click and we started scoring, I’m hoping that will happen with Frank aswell, but would be nice to at least see some signs
Fuck knows man. If I knew the answer, I’d not be on here at 4pm on a Thursday. So go back to square one again and hope it works, and if not just repeat the process?
Actually that's wrong.Lost 5, drew 3 and only won 2 of his first 10 games there.
Now look at them.
Amazing what time can do... if you're given it.

Sacking Frank is 100% not the answer
Neither is making out that this is good enough given the resources he has.
Money was spent and wages went up. That comes with pressure. And it should come with pressure.
He needs time to figure it out but he absolutely should be under pressure to figure it out. This isn’t Bournemouth or Brentford.
I did enjoy the cup final, well, the win, the performance was terrible. And I enjoyed despite the coach. A memory I'll have forever. But if you're advocating that sacking Ange was the wrong move, you're bananas.Seriously? Assume you didn’t enjoy the cup final? And yes - I went to most of those defeats in the league and it was bloody painful but Bilboa was immense.
We play like like that against a good side, and we lose. Hard to beat means that we're air tight and and don't give up chances. Even with this defensive crap, we're still being cut through like a hot knife in butter.Using a game we should have lost (and didn't) 4-0 as an example of it certainly made me chuckle.
Him going at the end of the season was right but same as mourinho, sacking him before the final would’ve been wrong.I did enjoy the cup final, well, the win, the performance was terrible. And I enjoyed despite the coach. A memory I'll have forever. But if you're advocating that sacking Ange was the wrong move, you're bananas.
Are you forgetting the part where he nearly relegated is, or......?Europa League Champions and qualification for the Champions League....first major trophy in decades for Spurs - A disaster?
Poch gets 4th place - Best coach ever!!!!
Nah, you're right. Let's give Pulis another 20 years in the hope he gets it right, despite performances or results.
1. He thinks he is.

2. And we should accept what we are seeing presently?
3. Spence is more than capable of galloping forward and passing the ball inside, surely? If not, VDV and his snappy hammies? Maybe one of our dubiously talented wide attackers could benefit from having a bit more grass in front of them?
I mean, I’m not being paid millions a year to sort this out and come up with a plan, just pointing out that our manager is.
