Stop playing those individuals or some them. Get them to make better choices, give them options in terms of where players are meant to etc.
The time thing is just bollocks ironically to just buy more time in the hope that if you stick around long enough, a couple of world class players will fall into your lap or that the club will spend a billion quid on the squad to make you look good (like they did for Arteta)
Problem there is, when you DO get a manager in who commands respect (Mourinho/Conte) then they don't respect us!

Yeah I get this feeling too. They threw Ange under the bus and are doing it with Frank. So they'll do it with the next bloke.
I keep saying this, but I don’t think people get it. The club is rotten top to bottom and we (the fans) are properly in the shit. Standards seem low, everyone is on the take and out for themselves. The culture is terrible. Manager after manager have said the same thing. Poch, Mourinho, conte and the last two to differing degrees have said or suggested things arent what they should be. At some point we need a manager to take it all on but if that lot couldn’t do it, can Frank? Doubtful isn’t it. I’m not sure anyone is the answer, we need the club sold. Only then will things actually change. Until then we are treading water.

I am under no illusion that our players are better than they are, we have probably assembled the most bang average squad that I've ever seen but I thought the whole point of bring Frank in was that he would get us well coached, well drilled and improve "lesser" attacking players like he did at Brentford.

No we're not - we've played shite for the first 16 games and still got 22 points.
If we play shite for the next 22 games then we'll most probably end up on 50+ points.

We are losing games for fun anyway; if we are seeing ideas and fight on the pitch we are more likely to accept what is happening.
