Honestly, if someone offers you a cup of tea, is the first thing you do, lift it to eye level, torn it 360 degrees, then proceed to raise it further and check the bottom?
Perhaps his focus was elsewhere.
The next day someone in the TalkSports studio pulled the same prank on a colleague, making him drink from a rival's cup. It only stopped after 20 minutes when he was told - and I assume he even put the cup down in between .
The real question that should be asked, is who handed him the cup. THAT person should be fired. I would not be surprised if it was a Bournemouth staff/volunteer pulling a prank.
Just very sad to see that we let things like that influence our opinions. Must be a lot of perfect people on this forum.
