In Brentford’s fans eyes ; Frank joining Fulham would be like Poch getting on board with Barcelona or Woolwich ( given his previous history) .

I can see it makes sense ; but can’t see it happening.
Don't think you can really compare the intensity of those rivalries. Brentford fans wouldn't like it of course, but it's got to be one of the softest rivalries going and QPR are their main historic rivals. Meanwhile Fulham fans don't consider Brentford their main rival either - they hate Chelsea much more afaik and maybe even QPR too.

If Frank's only PL offer is Fulham there's no way he's not taking it purely for rivaly reasons. It's miles away from going Spurs -> Woolwich.

Who gives a fuck where Frank ends up???

He was shite for us and nearly got us relegated!!

I always think vdv and spence not shaking his hand post match. They didnt rate him. His football was crap and behind the times.

What Frank then did after that was pretty despicable actually, he used that and a couple of other instances at the time to turn on the fans and turn the players on the fans. If we remember back there was a lot of fan disquiet but it was obviously being felt by the players too. They weren’t performing and weren’t having the manager either. This is where an experienced chairman/chief exec acts and removes the manager pretty quickly to stop it festering and getting worse. Our current morons didn’t though, it snowballed and we almost went down. I think that point post Chelsea was the start of it all with the players etc.
