Olise is a 19yo kid who currently has most assists in the Championship, plays for Reading.

Because the system is set up (as I understand it) so that you are only classed as a fully grown player once you have passed your 22nd birthday. So your 21st year is your last year as a youth.
Players under the age of 22 are on their own list.
