They are poor side and we’re so in first leg. Just we never really gave it a go. Prbly won’t 2nd leg the game will just Peter along with nothing happening especially first half. Even with crowd behind the team the team / conte will never make us of it. We will just plod along at walking pace rather than go for jugular. Get early goal or two and they will fold. However more likely they will score and we will shit our pants!

We are a little better at home. I mean our away form is utterly dreadful so can't be worse at home. I think the mentality of the players is so weak that they are scared of getting a bollocking from the home crowd that they put a bit more effort in. But it's not much more, we've lost plenty of shit games at home this season.

Football (these days watching football) is a hobby a release from my stressful job and an escape from waiting for bills to drop through the letter box - I can’t wait for Wednesday to see my team play in a champ lge in what will hopefully be a cracking atmosphere and a night to remember !

My original observation about the moaning on here was a light hearted attempt to lift the mood a little - think I misread the room !!

They live to moan and denigrate the club, its owners, players and other fans as much as possible.

They wonder how it is that other fans take the piss out of Spurs when their abuse is worse than anything you’ll read on an opponent’s forum.

I have enough of a problem with the negativity that a couple of my mates have brought to games lately but it’s fucking utopia compared to the negativity on this board.

One of them literally doesn’t think you’re a proper fan if you want Spurs to beat City. Another says he hates the club and gets agreement from 16 others. Thank the fuck I don’t have to watch games with them.

Decided I'm not going so will give my ticket away to a mate.

The pathetic cup exit was the final straw for me, not to mention the turgid football served up all season.

Just can't face it. The prospect of traipsing all the way there to freeze my balls off; not be entertained; no doubt lose on pens; and get home past midnight...no thanks.

Credit to those who are going (and those poor bastards who went to the last few away games) as I just can't muster the will right now.

Ok, let me get this straight.

We've just pissed away our best chance of a trophy by playing weakened team, something we did last season, and the season before that but still haven't learned from it apparently and then to top it off we were resting players for top four and then lost the league game anyway.

And you're first instinct is to to have a pop at the fans who are rightly fucked off?

I tell you what fella you get everything you fucking deserve with this club, when Levy is charging you top prices and we are Kaneless and mid table, playing in front of a two thirds full stadium next season, with Richarlison leading our line, praying we might squeak into the Europa conference spot, and you're getting more and more pissed off with how shit we are.

I want you to remember this post.

Shitting on the people who are angry because they care is not it.
