Match Tottenham Hotspur v. LASK || Europa League Group Stage 03.12.2020

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Not sure why Ndombele is playing higher up the field than Gio. Doherty poor. Davies not great. Sanchez not great. Hart will be annoyed with himself. LASK playing with a lot of energy and deserve to be up at half time.

Better to be lucky than good.

Some of these squad players have serious question marks around them, Doherty, Moura, Davies, Sanchez have all been utter shit, half of them can't even trap a ball.
As for Bale you can see he still has the technical ability but that's no good if you can't run. He's had months now to get some match sharpness and if this is his level he is going to be bit part at best.

The one positive is that we aren't behind even though we deserve to be.

Same attitude as the Antwerp game, the players showing their weak mentality against “lesser” opponents. No intensity or aggression, far too casual with the ball, letting the opponent play without pressure.

When are they going to learn that you cannot win a game of football without working hard? They let LASK get on top early on and now they are bricking it. We should be the ones setting the tone, not them.

Dreadful first half. I cannot even say it was the wrong tactics because the players didn't look bothered to try and play to begin with.

The penalty was a lifeline but we HAVE to do better in the second half.

Tottenham is once again its own worst enemy on the path to success.
