Taking away the 4-3-3, having Capoue in this hole and allowing Bentaleb to move up to attack and apply pressure up front was probably the biggest factor in today's play. Good on Timmy.
 
way better balance in the center of midfield tonight but the replacements for the wingers was much better than the starters.
 
Great game. Today is my birthday (blatant) and Spurs have given me the best gift. I thought everyone was great today. Couldn't pick out a poor performance. Our goals were all excellent. Chadli's was orgasmic. Krul knew exactly where it was going and could do nothing about it.

So great to see Kaboul back. What a player when fit. He was superb today.

I criticized Capoue at halftime and said he needed to be better and he was. Superb second half from him. Ended up with 9 interceptions and wasn't dispossessed once in the second half after three in the first.

That was fun. Come on you Spurs!
