I remember reading something about how Poch drills this kind of respectful behaviour and discipline into the players, things like taking the time to shake somebody's hand, but Rose is very deliberately not doing it there and was the only one to not do so. Says something about his relationship with Poch, which is not surprising really but still interesting.
