Or maybe man united and Tottenham both gave up on the league once European qualification became impossible and concentrated efforts on Europa

Currently a good chunk of the teams that took part in the Europa are in the following places in their own league:

Frankfurt 3rd in bundisligla
Ajax 1st in eredivise
Athletic 4th in la Liga
Galatasaray, fenabarche, bestikas 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Turkish league
Porto 3rd in Portuguese league
Braga 4th
Lazio 5th in serie A
Roma 6th
Nice 4th ligue 1
Lyon 6th
Union saint 1st in Belgium pro league

Looks like a decent set of teams performing in their own league to me

Then how did the final end with a utd/Spurs final?
Because although the teams look good on paper, they've clearly played poorly...

The irony being that is how Ange wants us to attack , it’s literally how Johnson gets all his goals . You would think the bellend would know how to defend against his own only tactic. Maybe that’s why he is so sure he is right , because in training he is incapable of setting up a defence for his attackers to play against . So he comes away thinking blimey Sonny got 457 goals in training today, I’m really good at this manager stuff

I went to grab a drink at half time at the stadium & came back and they scored 2 goals before I got back to my seat...my block is 122 row 2 right near the bar lol...

If 'Dominated' is a subjective term & you don't determine being dominated by conceding 2 goals in 4minutes that's fine by me my friend.
 
What defeats like this do is also take the wind out of the club’s and fans’ sails. Everyone would have been on a high after thursday and then they serve up this shit today. Puts everyone back a step. That’s on the clown of a manager.
