He got stung by a wasp and is out for 12 weeks.

I'm sure, he was woeful today and by that I mean performance. Pre season games are the place to shake off the cobwebs but if he continues to get dispossessed like that in the league he'll quickly identify himself as a liability more than a reliability such as Davies who appears to be an easy target for the 'no marks' on here.We’re not going to sign another top CB just because YOURE not sure about Dragusin.
To get up to the top end of the table you have to be able to win 1-0 sometimes. My biggest worry is that there is simply too much going on in our games.
It’s always end to end chaos, we’ve not had one match under Ange that was a boring 1-0 where we completely restrict the opponent and snaffle a jammy goal to take the 3 points. Even in games where we take the lead, we are totally unable to control the game and always let the opponent come back. We did it again yesterday.
Being entertainers is all well and good but to win anything you have to get the basics right. Ange has brought some good vibes and a fresh air in terms of his football philosophy but nobody likes conceding 2+ goals a game, that’s not sustainable. He will get sacked if he can’t get us defending properly.

We kept the ball much better, which helped all over the pitch. Bentancur/Skipp/Bergvall looked a very interesting combination. It looked better balanced than Bissouma/Sarr/Maddison were because they all look to move the ball quicker while Bissouma and Maddison hang on to it too long.

This is a great post exactly how I feel about the situation.
I want him to do well but, we struggle to hold o to leads and it is frantic at times, we don't control games.
It's like throwing dice in the air and see what happens.
It's not sustainable, if he can't sort this he won't last long.
Yeah it seems to me that it's only a matter of time before Biss or Madders will lose their place in the team, as Bergvall and Gray are too good to be sitting on the bench, they're much more explosive, aggressive and exciting on the ball.

The pish I’ve read on this is embarrassing when people get on their high horse about something that’s offensive is double standards. Players get slated on here every fucking day but then pipe up when someone makes a flippant comment about dementia which wasn’t aimed at anyone.

I can just imagine Ange calling him up to see how he's doing before the pre-season training has started and Lo Celso just spends the next 2 minutes on the phone making these noises whilst Ange just eventually gives up and puts the phone down. For Lo Celso to then immediately put his gaming headset back on, smirk and then get stuck in again playing COD online.
