We've been shocking in the first half of home games for a while now. We start off slowly and allow teams to get comfortable. The complete opposite to the approach of City and the Dippers.

Llorente was really poor. Although can't blame him, we need pace and he doesn't have it.
And when we do put it high and long for him he has both Brighton CBs using him as a jungle gym.

Could probably do with moving either Son or Lucas in centrally if they keep that up. Give them something more to think about.

No space for Son and Lucas to operate in which doesn't suit them. Need to have players take people on 1v1 or else no gaps are going to appear. Unless we want to try and just play cross after cross and hope one lands kindly. Should still be fine but we need to take this more seriously second half.

Wolves had 80% possession against Brighton at the weekend and drew 0-0.

Brighton are in desperation mode. Haven't scored a goal in 7 games. Need points.

I don't blame them for the way they're playing at all.

We'll still win

Not blaming them for how they are playing, I mean it's understandable they want to stay up.

But we should have enough on that pitch to be beating them, this is the difference between us and Pool/City at the moment, we might pull off some massive results like the game against City but in order to achieve things in this league you have to play with that kind intensity every single game.

Brighton look absolutely shit too.

Can see why they are where they are. Can't blame them for playing the way they play though. They're desperate.

Verts, Toby, Rose and Wanyama with the ball all the time. We need get Alli, Eriksen and Lucas in positions where they can influence the game. More movement? No idea.

In dire need of Winks, but not much Pochettino can do about that.

Sure Pochettino will come up with something to get it going though.

So frustrating. Everything so slow, a million bodies crowded in the box, poor shooting, hopeful floated crosses. We badly miss Kane up there, Llorente is doing nothing right now.

Gotta use the width and switch things much faster, this slow sideways shit will get us nowhere.

Liverpool were drawing 0-0 with Cardiff at HT yesterday and they're arguably worse.

We'll win this.

Excellent display defensively by Brighton especially their CBs but conversely my guess is Llorente scores from a set piece.
Dele has been great all game and nearly did the business at the end of the half.
We have to keep plugging away. No match winners on the bench.
