Sorry but after already relegated Newcastle humped us 5-1 on the last game of the 2015/16 season, scoring THREE after going down to 10 men, and causing us to "come third in a two horse race" as the famous meme of the time went, can you really blame anyone for the PTSD this club has inflicted?

up against a team with THE worst defensive record ever in the leagues history.

If we embarrass ourselves further and lose to Sheffield United, Chelsea win and Man Utd win the FA Cup we fall into conference league which also has a play-off round to get to the league phase. Europa league is straight to league phase.

The top eight overall advance directly to the round of 16 with the sides finishing from 9th to 24th will contest the knockout round play-offs, with the victors going through to the last 16. From then on it is a straight knockout.

Last 10 games we have scored less goals than them! That’s over 1/4 of a season so a fair data set.

They are dogshit. But we have also been pretty pony in front of goal recently.

Time for more of Ange’s motivational magic.

That should be motivation enough to make sure we turn up and win on Sunday. But I don’t have any faith in us at all. Been on the beach for weeks.
