The difference being these players are not all the sharpest but paid a lot of money. I hope it works but the vibe I got from that meeting was not ideal.

I managed supermarket's with multi layered dept supervisors, trainees and general assistants all needing different approaches to performance management. I was extremely successful and highly regarded, I achieved bonuses and stock results way beyond the norm. My sales increases year on year were always exceptional in comparison to other branches. I had company directors seeking my advice and I challenged them too.
My stores were used as templates for best practice and I was deployed as a discipline specialist at other stores due to lack of professionalism and guts of the staff in them.

I'm not boasting , just clarifying my background as there seems to be some unhealthy interest.

I’ve a lot of time for Emerson. Had a very tough start and could easily have wanted out.

Instead, he kept his head down, and worked his ass off to improve.

He’s fully COYS as far as I am concerned.
