This is now a total laughable situation where we've got a complete and utter failure with the worst stats for 30 years as manager and no end in sight as to when he's going to be relieved of his position.
Poch, Mourhino and Conte were nowhere near as bad as this when they got the boot, so why is Ange being given so much leeway?

That's not what you do in normal circumstances, but this isn't normal circumstances - this is a complete farce!
So far he's waaay overstayed his welcome, but surely....surely.....when we lose on Thursday or the next europa game (if we're lucky), he'll be gone. In agreement that it boggles the mind - out of all the managers he could of chosen to stick with through thick and thin, he chose the Aussie journeyman over two big time trophy magnets in Jose and Conte!!!

I can't understand why fans can't see this.
Look at where we were when Redknapp replaced Ramos. Even before the window opened and he got Defoe and Keane back we immediately improved. Basic coaching.
Newcastle had Shearer, Ferdinand and Ginola
I was wobbling back then. I was only a teenager and I had Newcastle fans as friends (who still go regularly now)
I very nearly switched allegiance.
Fun fact. I signed Ferdinand and Ginola on football manager 9x for Spurs before Spurs actually did it. They were awesome for my team.

I have been all for keeping Ange through to the end of the season and getting rid then but with his bad attitude and negative aura lately he should be shown the door, right now. He’s toxic.
All managers have their contract paid up one way or another upon being sacked.
The suggestion here is that somehow he would get more for still being in Europa.
Sounds like an absolute nonsense clause to me, and exactly the opposite of something that Levy would agree to.
Imagine we'd lost 10 on the bounce at the beginning of the season but couldn't sack Ange because the Europa was still in the League phase and the FA Cup hadn't started yet...

Playing out from the back is what football is supposed to look like. We just need to buy better footballers and coach them.
I've just got in from the game . What a fiasco - 1-0 down within 3mins , the players looked at each other as if it was something they expected . The calamity 2nd goal - those happen instead of pushing the ball aside Vicario pushed it out at Spence and it bounced off him into the net . The wolves supporters sang songs - To which we sang "How shit must you be it's only 2-0" and "You're nothing special we lose every week" . Half time 2-0 . 2nd half and we made some substitutions , Tel scored a tap in 2-1 , Romero had a brain fart and we conceded from it - we were 3-1 down and wolves supporters were singing "you're fucking shit" , to which we replied "we're fuckin shit" . Richarlison scored a header 3-2 then Bergvall had a brain fart and we conceded 4-2 . The talk in the minibus on the way home was of Ange's job and that he'll likely get sacked if we lose on Thursday . Me personally I think he'll get sacked even if he wins EL trophy . this has got to be our worst season for 20 odd years . Losing to 3 , could be 4 of the bottom 5 teams is just unacceptable . As is losing 17 games in a single season - and the season still has 6 games to go . We could end up losing 20 games , that's borderline relegation form . I've decided I'm not going to the Liverpool game , I've just about had enough of sitting in traffic because they close half the roads on Sundays and Bank holiday Mondays for roadworks or engineering works . It takes over 5 hours to get home and when you're on the end of a defeat it hangs heavily on you and seems to take forever to get home . I wasn't going to the Wolves game but changed my mind last minute . Let's see if we beat EF on Thursday , maybe I'll change my mind about the bindippers game...........Up The Spurs

I think what fans are struggling to understand is that a well coached team is set up ‘incase ‘ midfielders lose the ball in dangerous areas , our shape when we lose possession is not normal , how many times are the full backs ahead of midfielders , how many times do we lose the ball in midfield and it’s a 4 on 2 , this is a very badly drilled team , a spurs team that I’ve never seen play like in 50 years of supporting them. It’s a free for all , it makes Ardiles tactics look like mourinho .
We’re NOT getting relegated; however hopeful you are it simply AINT happening.
Apart from that ; the League’s obviously a write -off ; as it was best part of three months ago ( re significant European positions ) .
It’s all about Thursday ; nothing else matters .
If that goes breasts-uo : then we can all relax and stop worrying for the next 3 and a half months . Then we can start worrying again.

Probably agree. At Goodison this year, Ange made the players and staff stay behind for an extended fans clap appreciation thing. It was weird as fuck. I’m fed up of the hand claps. It’s pointless. We know the players don’t deserve us. The manager doesn’t deserve us. The owner and Chairman don’t deserve us. They can all get to fuck.

Had a lovely lunch with my cousin instead of tuning in to listen to the game, think I made the right choice.
As I thought, wasn't at all surprised that we lost this one, the only surprise was that I thought Wolves would overtake us in the League, suppose that will come next week.
Hate being this negative and resigned, although always nervous before games, the hope has disappeared. I honestly can't see us winning a game this season.
