The exposure is fine and rightly so. The pay comparison is being much discussed but just not realistic or possible.
If the day did come when they can fill a stadium with full price tickets and were responsible for a million shirt sales then of course they should earn the same. Until then it has to remain realistic.
Anyone discussing pay parity is doing it for clicks and exposure. Nothing more nothing less.
Nobody involved in football would even give it the time of day as a discussion point.
The pay gap between top level mens football in England and top level mens football in Scotland is a reflection of that.
The only reason the men earn what they do is TV money. Take that away most clubs are running at a loss.
