O’Reilly has only been doing it for one season so that is caveat but I think on form he is the best full back in the premier league. He is just good at everything, he can also play midfield. He is an absolutely outstanding footballer. I would take him at Spurs any day including selling Udogie for him. I don’t even know his weakness, he rarely does anything wrong and he is quick and powerful.
Nunes is decent. O’Reilly is miles better though.
I honestly and truly believe that people see foreign names and rate them higher because they sound more exotic. Cancelo for example is just a crap Trent.

To be fair Rice is a very extreme player, he is like an elite Hojbjerg.
His stamina, ball carrying, breaking up of play and tracking are world class and probably he is the best around at that combination plus his set pieces.
His passing in deep areas is often uninventive and his ability to play on the half turn limited. He therefore isn’t that great as a pure DM but is brilliant as a box to box in a 3 man midfield. He is basically world class in certain set ups and limited in others. A player who is great if you play to his strengths but can look average if you don’t.
Anderson is England’s most all round midfielder and will go on I think to be England’s best player after Kane.
